A full day of training with WorkNet Solutions!

Our morning will focus on material from the book 'No One is Unemployable' and how to help people create solutions for any issue that could get them screened out in the recruiting process.

Key lessons include identifying barriers, understanding both the employer and the candidate perspective, and 6 solution tools that can be used to overcome any barriers. We will use the overcoming barriers worksheet and QSP worksheets from the book.

Our afternoon focuses on lessons from 'The 6 Reasons You'll Get the Job' including:

  • 3 key realities of today's job search
  • 5 Steps to landing a job now
  • A new take on transferable skills (i.e. how to find, use and get employers to 'buy' proof of qualifications from non-employment or non-traditional experience.)
  • 'Side door' strategies for getting to and impressing the decision maker in ways that get offers
